Footpath Beacy bakery not level, engineers looking at options, referring 07/08 budget.  Salvation Army op shop mess -local laws suggesting they put up sign

Situation to monitored, but rubbish dumped on Salvation Army property.  Old Coach House matter will be referred to VCAT for an order for restoration of the old building.  , Signalised pedestrian crossing at Beaconsfield now operational, Contract for lighting at O’Neil Road Reserve to start mid Feb, finish by end of March. Also car parking and changes to oval for junior football/cricket  Co Graffiti strategy, forum at Services Central 6b Henry St Pak, Wed  14th march 7pm-8.30

Ann Taylor and Wilhem Boon will be given authority to seek donations for Beaconsfield panel replica to be placed in Beaconsfield Community centre. To contact local businesses with letter, will start with Akoonah Park Committee. Make and Mingle has made the first donation)

$150 needed to fund ANZAC event. Brett Owen has donated ward funds for this event and hiring of hall Guest speaker will be Lorraine Edwards (Walter Clarke’s daughter) Afternoon tea will be provided in the hall. It is ok for Ann Taylor to sell cards and books for the Cardinian Embroidery in the hall on the day.

Swimming Pool/Shops Car Park.

Initially thought there was a reduction in car parking spaces for pool shops but Brett Owen advised minimum car spaces in revised plan. A discussion re Pool shops, Restaurant, Railway Ave and Supermarket Resolution to ask the council to require all applicants for permits to comply with Minimum parking requirements
