Beaconsfield township is located 46km south-east of Melbourne CBD on the Old Princes Hwy, a sparsely populated semi-rural suburb in Melbourne's fringe south-east. The main street shopping strip and light industry is on the Princes Hwy, we have 2 schools, Beaconsfield Primary and St Francis Xavier College, nice parks and recreation areas, Central Hotel, Fire Station, Ambulance service, Railway Station, Post Office, Beaconsfield Community Complex, and many fine restaurants and take away food outlets, etc.
